Sup friends! Wanted to make you aware that today marks the official release of my latest street project, The Attic, presented by Djbooth.net.  Serving as a prelude to my upcoming full length album Unadulterated Reid, this project is a culmination of my brief weekly series #BlueCollarWednesdays as well as several other unreleased tracks, freestyles and new material.  Included in the tracklist is the well received lead single “It Gets Better”, as well as fan favorites “Best Friends” and “So You Wanna Be a Housewife.”  Production was handled by Antagonist, Don Suave, Ear Candy, J. Clyde, Nick Cicero, Ologist, Protege, Reggie Odrick, Rich Young, Shuko and Sickness.

Was browsing through the homie Shuko’s instrumentals and ran across this gem. A remake of Amy Winehouse and Salaam Remi’s “Best Friends, Right” off her “Lioness: Hidden Treasures” album. It was so dope I had to add some verses to it and create my own version. Though it didn’t make Shuko’s “In Rememberance of Amy” project it still remains as of one of my favs. Hope you enjoy.

YOSOY RECORDS celebrates its new foundation with a very special first release. The label
sampler THE COMPILATION features 13 tracks by European and US-artists and presents the
label’s musical spectrum, which reaches from soulful hip hop, synthie funk and disco to
house music and electric soul. The connecting element, however, is the urban touch, that
acts as the sampler’s major theme.

THE COMPILATION does not only combine musical genres, but also establishes the everexciting
connection between music and fashion. For THE COMPILATION, YOSOY RECORDS
teamed-up with street fashion retailer URBAN OUTFITTERS. Releasing on November 10, hard
copies of the sampler will be exclusively sold at German URBAN OUTIFTTERS outlets.
Celebrating the Realease and Frankfurt Music Week, there was a Launch Showcase at the
URBAN OUTFITTERS Store in Frankfurt on November 10. Dgitially, THE COMPILATION will be
available through iTunes and other digital outlets by November 16.
